Children pedestrians

Small children (under 5-6 years) do not have the necessary physical and mental ability to move safely in the traffic. They are apparently behaving cautiously, but it’s still unreliable,because they can not control the sudden impulses for example, to run over the road, because they can not assess risk in traffic, and because they are still uncertain in their movements and therefore can easily stumble or fall when walking or running.

You must learn the essential laws of driving and alcohol, medicine, anesthetics, narcotic substances, fatigue, illness and the like.

Alcohol

Perception and reaction ability impaired by even small amounts of alcohol (beer, wine or spirits), and even at low blood-alcohol levels decrease and it can be difficult to respond correctly and quickly enough in both difficult and surprising situations.

Speed characteristics
